My item has not arrived, is this normal?
The order is processed within 1 to 2 working days and the standard delivery time is 8 to 12 working days .
If it has taken less than 14 working days , you just have to be a little more patient, your item is on its way!
If your entire order has still not arrived after a maximum of 20 working days , please contact us so that we can investigate the tracking number and resend the item if necessary.
How to track my order?
To track your order, click the tracking link and enter your tracking number. It was sent to you by e-mail within 2 days of the purchase.
If you do not have the tracking number, please check spam, if it is not there, please contact us so that we can give you more information.
Do you ship abroad?
We only ship to United Kingdom at the moment. We are working on opening another store for other countries.
My item arrived damaged, what can I do?
If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact our customer service team by email with a photo or video of the problem that has occurred and we will send you a replacement item immediately. If you do not hear back from us within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), please check your spam, we reply to 100% of the emails we receive.
If you have not received a reply by email, you can contact us by phone.
I have ordered the wrong size of an item, can I send it back?
Yes, please contact us by email first to open a customer support ticket to validate your intention to return this item and to complete the return process. Please see our return and refund policy .
I am not satisfied with my order, can I receive a refund?
Absolutely, contact us and we will let you know the procedure. You have 30 days from the item being received. You just need to send the item back to us and we will proceed to the refund. Please see our return and refund policy .

Yes, as proof we accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. These world leaders would never let us continue our store if we had a high percentage of dissatisfied customers.
